1-2 Twisted Citrus pears
100g Blue Cheese
100g Cream Cheese
1 baguette
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
1-2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
Fresh thyme for garnish
Slice the baguette into slices.
Drizzle olive oil on either side of the bread, season with salt.
Place the bread onto a baking tray, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 5- 10 minutes. Keep a close eye on the bread. Remove from the oven and set aside.
In a blender blitz together the cream cheese and blue cheese. Blitz till smooth.
Spread a generous layer of the creamy blue cheese spread onto each bruschetta.
Slice the pears. Place 2-3 pear slices on top.
Add chopped walnuts, drizzle honey on top.
Season with black pepper to serve.
Garnish with fresh thyme.
