Storage

Our garlic will last for ages and it won't go mouldy – just store it in a brown paper bag somewhere cool and dry (like your pantry).

Egyptian royals provided their pyramid-building slaves with piles of it, believing it gave them enhanced strength for lugging those giant boulders in the desert heat. 

Garlic was also used by Olympic athletes in ancient Greece.
