Storage

They store well for at least a week at room temperature and for weeks in the fridge.

The fruit can be frozen whole or you can mix two parts pulp with one part sugar (the sugar prevents the pulp from breaking down) and freeze it in small containers (ice trays are ideal).

Shipping Info

We pack and dispatch our fresh, locally grown fruit from Monday to Wednesday each week.

We use NZ Post for all of our deliveries. We offer overnight delivery to North Island customers and two-day delivery to South Island customers.

All deliveries receive regular tracking information via email.
