Ambrosia was discovered as a chance seedling in British Columbia in the 1990s and quickly became one of the most celebrated apple varieties in the world - and one taste tells you why.

These are large, striking apples with a beautiful red-and-yellow blush and a flavour that's sweet, complex and low in acidity, without ever being cloying.
The flesh is incredibly crisp and juicy, with none of the floury softness that lets down so many supermarket apples.
Ambrosia also has a natural resistance to browning once cut - making it ideal for lunchboxes, cheese boards and fruit platters where appearance matters.

Approximately 4 apples per kilogram.

Storage

Ambrosia apples store exceptionally well - keep them in the fridge and they'll stay crisp and fresh for several weeks.

They'll also hold well on the bench for a week or so at room temperature.

Overnight delivery to the North Island and Christchurch. Two-day delivery to the rest of the South Island.

Rural deliveries may take an extra day.
