Naturally fermented for 48 hours and loaded with flax, chia, oats, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds, this generous 1.1kg artisan loaf is full of flavour and has a satisfying texture.
The slow fermentation process gives the bread its chewy crust, soft interior and excellent keeping quality. It’s a nourishing everyday loaf that’s perfect for toast, sandwiches, or served alongside soups and salads.

This wholesome, seeded sourdough is crafted by the talented team at Love Bug Bakery in Gisborne, using a traditional slow-fermentation process.
Each loaf is naturally fermented for around 48 hours, developing deep flavour, a chewy crust and excellent keeping quality.
Packed with flax, chia, oats, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, the Seedy Bugga is a satisfying loaf that’s hearty, nourishing and full of texture.
Every loaf is hand-shaped and baked fresh, so no two loaves will look exactly the same.

Store at room temperature in a bread bag or wrapped in a clean tea towel

We pack and dispatch orders Monday to Wednesday each week using NZ Post for delivery across New Zealand.
