This wholesome, seeded sourdough is crafted by the talented team at Love Bug Bakery in Gisborne, using a traditional slow-fermentation process.

Each loaf is naturally fermented for around 48 hours, developing deep flavour, a chewy crust and excellent keeping quality.

Packed with flax, chia, oats, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, the Seedy Bugga is a satisfying loaf that’s hearty, nourishing and full of texture.

Every loaf is hand-shaped and baked fresh, so no two loaves will look exactly the same.

• Organic flour

• Flax seeds

• Chia seeds

• Oats

• Pumpkin seeds

• Sunflower seeds

• Filtered water

• Natural sourdough culture

• Sea salt

No preservatives or additives.

Storage Info

This naturally fermented sourdough keeps well thanks to its slow fermentation.

• Store at room temperature in a bread bag or wrapped in a clean tea towel

• Best enjoyed within 3–4 days

• Can be sliced and frozen for longer storage

Lightly toast or warm slices to refresh.
