The limes are dehydrated in small batches at peak ripeness to capture that delicious lime zing.

All of our dried NZ fruit range is made from fruit that we are unable to use in our premium fruit boxes and would otherwise be wasted.

Storage

The expiry date is on the bottom of the bag.

Once opened just re-seal the bag to maintain freshness.
