Makrut lime leaves will add an amazing depth to your dishes, and being picked from our trees on the morning of dispatch means they’ll be fresh, fresh, fresh! 

Makrut lime leaves have an unmistakable flavour and fragrance, which is loosely described as a blend of lemon, lime, and mandarin. Once you start using them, you won’t be able to stop! 

10 grams equals approximately 10-12 good-sized Makrut lime leaves. 

Storage

You will receive your Makrut lime leaves in a compostable zip lock bag.

Fresh is best with these leaves. But they will last well in the fridge for around 2 weeks in an airtight container in your crisper draw. 

They also freeze fantastically, with their flavour lasting exceptionally well for up to a year. Just pop the zip lock bag in the freezer and use the leaves as you need them. 

If you use frozen leaves, run them under hot water for a few seconds to thaw them and release their mouth-watering aromas.

We pack and dispatch our fresh, locally grown fruit from Monday to Wednesday each week.

We use NZ Post for all of our deliveries. We offer overnight delivery to North Island customers and two-day delivery to South Island customers.

All deliveries receive regular tracking information via email.
