Packed with healthy Omega-3 oils, fibre and essential minerals -  and absolutely delicious.

Delicious straight from the pack, or try toasting for a few minutes in a dry frying pan over medium heat (keep them moving) or microwave for 20-30 seconds at a time until crisp and fragrant. Then sprinkle over salads, pasta or casseroles.
