Pacific Rose (also known as NZ Rose) was developed in New Zealand in the 1980s as a natural cross between Gala and Splendour, and it's become one of the country's most loved apple varieties.

The skin is a beautiful deep rose-pink - glossy, striking and instantly recognisable.
Underneath, the flesh is firm, crisp and wonderfully juicy with a rich, sweet flavour and a subtle tangy finish that stops it from being one-dimensional.
Some describe it as having an old-fashioned candy sweetness - the kind of apple flavour you remember from childhood but rarely find in a supermarket.
Low in acidity and easy to eat, Pacific Rose is often compared to Fuji for its sweetness, but has a character all of its own.

It stores exceptionally well too, holding its crunch and flavour long after harvest. Great for lunchboxes, snacking, slicing into salads, or just eating as they are.

Approximately 5 apples per kilogram, depending on size and season.

Storage

Pacific Rose apples store exceptionally well - keep them in the fridge and they'll stay crisp and fresh for several weeks.

Overnight delivery to the North Island and Christchurch. Two-day delivery to the rest of the South Island.
Rural deliveries may take an extra day.
