Storage
Keep your Jersey Bennies in a cool, dark, well-ventilated spot, not in the fridge. The light dusting of soil helps them stay fresher for longer. When stored correctly, they’ll keep beautifully for several months.
Tip: Gently brush off excess dirt before cooking, but don’t wash them until you’re ready to use; moisture shortens their shelf life.
