New Zealand purple garlic typically has a rich, peppery flavour with a creamy aftertaste, considered slightly milder than standard white garlic, often described as "juicy" with a sweet undertone.

It can be stored and planted out in May or June.

Storage

Our garlic will last for ages and it won't go mouldy – just store it in a brown paper bag somewhere cool and dry (like your pantry).

We pack and dispatch our fresh, locally grown fruit from Monday to Wednesday each week.

We use NZ Post for all of our deliveries. We offer overnight delivery to North Island customers and two-day delivery to South Island customers.
