Cosmic Crisp was developed over 20 years by Washington State University and has quickly earned a reputation as one of the finest eating apples in the world. The apple is large, deep crimson red, and firm - with a satisfying snap when you bite in and a juicy, crisp flesh that holds its texture beautifully.

The flavour is a lovely balance of sweet and tart, neither too sharp nor too sweet, with a depth that makes it genuinely hard to put down. One of its most useful qualities is how slowly it browns once cut, making it ideal for lunchboxes, cheeseboards, and salads where appearance matters.

Versatile enough to eat fresh, bake with, or cook, but honestly, straight from the fridge is hard to beat.

Storage

Keep your Cosmic Crisp apples in the fridge to hold their crunch and flavour. They'll stay in excellent condition for several weeks when stored cool.

Overnight delivery to the North Island and Christchurch. Two-day delivery to the rest of the South Island. Rural deliveries may take an extra day.
