Storage

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated spot away from direct sunlight - a pantry or open basket works perfectly.

Avoid the fridge, which can cause premature sprouting.

Stored well, Artichoke garlic will keep for several months. If using as seed garlic, plant as soon as possible for best results.
