Made from surplus feijoas that didn’t meet grading standards, this jam is crafted in small batches by a local Gisborne chef.

The sweet-tart feijoa flavour is perfectly complemented by a gentle warmth of ginger, making it delicious on toast, scones, or as a unique addition to cheese boards and desserts.
