Finger limes, often called 'citrus caviar', are filled with tiny pearls of bright, tangy citrus flavour. They add a unique and textural pop of flavour and freshness to food and drinks. Whether as a garnish on seafood, sprinkled over desserts, in dressings, spooned onto fresh oysters, or added to a cocktail - once you’ve tried them, you’ll be hooked!

Each finger lime is approximately 6-8cm in length.

Storage

Finger Limes are best stored between 6-8°C, or in a cool room.

They can be frozen whole in their zip-lock bags.

We pack and dispatch our fresh, locally grown fruit from Monday to Wednesday each week.

We use NZ Post for all of our deliveries. We offer overnight delivery to North Island customers and two-day delivery to South Island customers.

All deliveries receive regular tracking information via email.
