Our gluten-free sourdough is crafted using traditional slow-fermentation methods, developing deep flavour and excellent keeping quality.

Made with brown rice flour, gluten-free flour, quinoa, linseed, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, filtered water and chia seed - this is real bread made with real ingredients.

Naturally fermented, dairy-free and vegan-friendly. Hearty, nourishing, and surprisingly delicious. Perfect for toast, sandwiches, or served alongside soups and salads.

Hand-shaped and baked fresh, so every loaf is unique.

Ingredients

Brown rice flour, gluten-free flour, quinoa, linseed, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, filtered water, chia seed.

Dairy-free. Vegan friendly. 

Storage Info

Store at room temperature in a bread bag or wrapped in a clean tea towel.

Best enjoyed within 3–4 days.

Can be sliced and frozen for longer storage - lightly toast or warm slices to refresh.

We send all orders with NZ Post using a tracked courier service.

Orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Wednesday.

Overnight delivery to the North Island and Christchurch.

Two-day delivery to the rest of the South Island.

Rural deliveries may take an extra day.
