The Fuji apple originated in Japan in the late 1930s as a cross between Red Delicious and Virginia Ralls Janet, and it quickly became one of the world's most popular apple varieties.

With creamy white flesh and naturally high sugar content, the Fuji is one of the sweetest apples you'll ever eat. There's no tartness here - just clean, honest sweetness with fine-textured, juicy flesh that eats beautifully every time. 

Perfect for snacking, slicing into salads, lunchboxes, or baking - the Fuji is one of those rare fruits that pleases absolutely everyone.

You can expect approximately 5 apples per kilogram, although this may vary slightly depending on fruit size during the season.

Storage

Fuji apples are outstanding keepers - one of their best qualities.

Store them in the fridge and they'll stay crisp and fresh for several weeks.

If you prefer them at room temperature, they'll hold well on the bench for a week or so.

Overnight delivery to the North Island and Christchurch.

Two-day delivery to the rest of the South Island.

Rural deliveries may take an extra day.
