Storage

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated spot out of direct sunlight - a pantry or bench away from the stove is ideal.

Avoid the fridge, which can cause garlic to sprout prematurely.

Stored well, this garlic will keep for 4–6 months.

If using as seed garlic, plant as soon as possible for best results.
