Elephant Garlic is prized for its large bulbs and mild flavour, making it ideal for cooks who love garlic but prefer a softer taste.

The cloves are significantly larger than regular garlic, making them easy to peel and prepare. When roasted, they become sweet, creamy and incredibly delicious.

500g – approximately 3 bulbs

Storage

Store your garlic in a cool, dry place with good airflow.

Do not refrigerate whole bulbs, as moisture can cause them to spoil more quickly. When stored correctly, Elephant Garlic will keep well for several weeks.

Once broken into cloves, use within a week for the best flavour.

Overnight delivery to the North Island and Christchurch.

Two-day delivery to the rest of the South Island.

Rural deliveries may take an extra day.

Our Growers

Our Elephant Garlic is grown in Gisborne by Mike Draffin, who specialises in producing beautiful, spray-free garlic.

The bulbs are carefully grown, harvested and cured to ensure excellent flavour and storage quality before being sent to us.
